Job Overview We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage client communications, support the sales process, and handle administrative tasks. This role involves end-to-end coordination from enquiry handling to follow-ups and reporting. Key Responsibilities - Communicate with clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp - Follow up on payments, updates, and customer enquiries - Prepare and draft quotations - Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion - Prepare sales reports for different factories - Attend to enquiries and raise purchase requisitions - Coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments - Handle general administrative duties Requirements - Based in Malaysia - Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (spoken and written) - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Working Hour: Working remotely: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8)
