Job Overview We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage client communications, support the sales process, and handle administrative tasks. This role involves end-to-end coordination from enquiry handling to follow-ups and reporting. Key Responsibilities - Communicate with clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp - Follow up on payments, updates, and customer enquiries - Prepare and draft quotations - Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion - Prepare sales reports for different factories - Attend to enquiries and raise purchase requisitions - Coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments - Handle general administrative duties Requirements - Based in Malaysia - Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (spoken and written) - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Working Hour: Working remotely: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8)

About the Role We’re hiring an AI-Native Product Engineer to build and ship high-quality frontend products powered by modern AI workflows. This is not a traditional frontend role — you’ll use agentic AI systems (multi-step agents, tools, evals) to accelerate development, while still owning clean, production-ready code when it matters. Ideal for engineers who enjoy building fast, thinking independently, and working at the intersection of product, AI, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. - Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions) to drive continuous improvement. - Develop and test campaign strategies, creatives, and audience targeting to maximise return on investment. - Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve performance targets. - Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals, promotions, and product launches. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
