• Leading the end-to-end delivery of client brand launches and platform configuration projects, ensuring that all environments, configurations, and integrations are prepared for successful go-live. • Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for brand setups and platform configurations, aligning technical implementation timelines with client launch milestones and internal delivery priorities. • Acting as the operational lead for a dedicated Scrum team of Developers and QA Engineers, facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring work is prioritised effectively. • Translating client and internal business requirements into clearly defined user stories, delivery tasks, and technical requirements, ensuring the development team has sufficient clarity to execute efficiently. • Managing the team backlog and sprint planning processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Working closely with technical teams to define configuration requirements across platform components, ensuring that brand launches are delivered with the correct product settings, regulatory configurations, integrations, and operational readiness. • Defining, implementing, and continuously improving delivery processes for brand configuration and launch workflows, ensuring repeatability, efficiency, and quality across multiple client launches. • Creating and maintaining clear operational documentation covering configuration standards, delivery workflows, and launch procedures to support scalability and knowledge sharing across teams. • Monitoring sprint delivery progress, proactively identifying blockers, dependencies, and risks, and taking corrective action to maintain delivery timelines. • Acting as the primary coordination point between Product, Engineering, QA, and operational teams to ensure delivery alignment and clarity across stakeholders. • Ensuring quality and release readiness through close collaboration with QA, validating that configured environments meet acceptance criteria and client expectations prior to launch. • Supporting continuous improvement within the Scrum team by identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and embedding Agile best practices across the team. • Driving accountability, transparency, and structured delivery discipline within the Scrum team to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes for client launches.
Job Requirements
- Has experience working within WHG’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , with a good understanding of our internal delivery processes, release workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Has strong Agile delivery experience , with a proven track record of managing Scrum teams consisting of Developers and QA Engineers in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Combines project management discipline with hands-on delivery coordination , able to move comfortably between planning roadmaps, running sprint ceremonies, and resolving day-to-day delivery blockers.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery tasks, user stories, and technical workstreams.
- Has experience working with platform configuration or product implementation , ideally supporting client launches, product rollouts, or environment setups.
- Is highly organised and process-oriented , capable of designing, documenting, and continuously improving operational workflows and delivery processes.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders , acting as an effective bridge between product, engineering, QA, and operational teams.
- Is comfortable owning delivery outcomes , proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring teams stay aligned with delivery timelines.
- Has strong backlog and roadmap management skills , with the ability to prioritise competing requirements and maintain clear visibility of delivery progress.
- Demonstrates leadership and accountability within a team environment , fostering collaboration, transparency, and delivery ownership within the Scrum team.
- Thrives in a dynamic delivery environment , able to manage multiple workstreams, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus on achieving successful client launches.
