Your role will be to: - Set up, integrate, and thoroughly test equipment and systems at client locations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. - Demonstrate equipment performance and capabilities to customers, confirming proper operation and satisfaction with system standards. - Provide rapid support for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime. - Perform emergency repairs by diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective and timely solutions. - Educate and assist clients on proper equipment operation, maximizing efficiency and user confidence. - Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams to provide timely service updates and maintain alignment. - Serve as the primary technical liaison, managing customer interactions and ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues. - Submit detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and corrective actions taken.
