About the role: The Insights Manager sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and market influence, and it is one of the most externally visible roles at interos.ai. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and Insights, you will mine interos.ai's proprietary risk intelligence data to surface trends that matter to supply chain professionals, security leaders, and the journalists who cover them. You will translate complex data findings into compelling content including reports, blog posts, press coverage, and executive presentations, putting interos.ai at the center of the conversation around global supply chain risk. This role is where analytical rigor meets creative storytelling, and your work will directly shape how the market understands and responds to supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risk, and emerging threats. What You'll Do - Mine interos.ai's risk intelligence platform using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify emerging supply chain, cybersecurity, and geopolitical trends worth writing about - Translate data findings into high-impact external content including industry reports, blog posts, bylines, press briefings, social media assets, and executive presentation decks - Partner with PR and Communications to proactively pitch data-driven stories and respond to media inbounds from major publications covering supply chain, risk, and technology - Build and maintain a scalable insights production framework, including a reusable library of scripts, templates, charts, and commentary assets, so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality - Collaborate with Demand Gen, Applied AI, and Sales to develop insights-backed go-to-market content, customer presentations, and quarterly business review materials - Combine interos.ai's proprietary data with credible external research to deliver holistic industry analysis that earns coverage and builds thought leadership - Identify and capitalize on trending and seasonal topics in real time, crafting timely stories that connect supply chain risk data to what professionals are already talking about - Represent interos.ai's data externally through webinars, media interviews, event presentations, and social media, serving as a knowledgeable and credible voice in the market - Customize insights for individual customer and partner requests including market estimates, ad hoc analyses, event content, and bespoke reports - Partner with the SVP of Marketing and Insights to build and mature a centralized insights capability that scales across the organization What You Bring - 5+ years of experience in a data analytics, market research, or insights role, ideally at a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk intelligence, consulting, or research organization - Strong SQL proficiency for querying, transforming, and pulling data at scale; experience with Python or R for scripting and analysis automation - Hands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools, with a genuine instinct for what makes data visually compelling and easy to interpret - Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into clear, persuasive narratives for external audiences, including press, customers, and executives - Experience working directly with PR, communications, or media teams; you understand how journalists think and what makes a data story newsworthy - Strong written communication skills; comfortable producing publication-ready copy, not just slide bullets - Proven ability to independently manage multiple overlapping projects and deadlines with precision, ownership, and follow-through - Curiosity about supply chain risk, cybersecurity, geopolitical disruption, and the global economic forces that drive them, or equivalent experience in a related analytical domain - Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience Bonus Points For - Experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted research platforms) to accelerate data synthesis, content production, or analysis workflows - Background in supply chain, third-party risk management, cybersecurity threat intelligence, ESG, or federal/defense market research - Experience as an external-facing spokesperson such as a webinar presenter, podcast guest, conference speaker, or quoted media source - Familiarity with federal, retail, or financial services industry dynamics and how risk events play differently across sectors - Experience building shared insights repositories or internal knowledge systems that help teams move faster What We Offer - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Flexible Time Off (FTO) + 10 paid holidays - Opportunity to help shape an early, fast-growing market - A flexible, remote-first work environment that empowers you to perform at your best, wherever you are - An incredible culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration across time zones and teams Our Core Values At interos.ai, our culture is shaped by three core values that reflect who we are and how we operate as a high-performing, connected team. Additional Information Work Environment, Location, and Travel This role can be remote-first within the United States, with optional access to our Arlington, VA HQ. This role may require up to 25% travel to attend events, partner meetings, or media engagements.
