• Build and maintain payer configurations within Tava’s EMR • Translate payer requirements into system logic and configuration standards • Ensure consistency and standardization across payer setups • Manage fee schedules and validate contracted rates • Identify and resolve discrepancies in Tava’s EMR and across other platforms • Support accurate reimbursement through precise configuration • Maintain SOPs and Insurance Articles to reflect current workflows and payer requirements • Continuously improve documentation for clarity and usability • Leverage AI tools for operational documentation efficiency • Partner with Payer Operations, RCM, Product, and Payer Partnerships • Support troubleshooting, payer updates, and system-related issues • Provide clear operational context to support system improvements • Audit configurations and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency • Identify inefficiencies or patterns in errors and escalate appropriately • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work using tools, automation, and AI

• Generate pricing estimates for clients • Track pricing trends across sales verticals • Analyze win and loss ratios • Communicate strategies within the Sales department • Price and quote client estimates to win new projects • Maintain client relationships through regular communication • Consult with project managers to examine job details and goals • Track win/loss ratios to improve sales strategies and processes • Attend weekly department meetings • Work on special projects assigned by management

• Completes day-to-day application support tasks with moderate supervision • Provides professional input to complex application support tasks/projects • Serves as the first point of contact technical configuration of assigned products • Monitors and works through implementation project plans for assigned projects under the guidance and partnership of the Implementation Project Manager • Manage the process for taking a new customer project from the phase of ‘data received and loaded’ to ‘go live’ by • Analyzing the output of our software to validate results • Understanding customer’s workflows and confirming our software is properly configured for those workflows • Adding needed master data to our database to support the above items • Training lead users in how to validate the data as part of the implementation • Partner with support teams to troubleshoot, determine root cause, resolve, or escalate issues as needed • Perform routine configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines • Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues • Enter time and thoroughly track implementation project status changes • Perform data mapping from the client's system(s) • Lead in the development of team processes and procedures to increase efficiency and to launch new standards of interoperability • Configure and maintain HL7 interfaces from client partners • Configure and maintain FHIR connections with client partners

• Assists cooks and others as needed and coordinates activities within a food service area. • Prepare food and cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats, etc. • Maintains a variety of products at certain levels in preparation, serving, or storage areas including service machines. • Stocks various food service areas with various products and materials. • Cleans dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. and places in assigned storage areas in an organized and orderly manner. • Washes objects by hand or with cleaning equipment. • Cleans, sweeps, wipes down, etc. all general dining, kitchen, or storage areas. • Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, mops and restocks hallways, stairways, offices, laundry rooms, clinics, living areas, off-site areas, common areas, restrooms and other similar areas. • May perform very light facility maintenance. • Assists with various periodically scheduled large cleaning projects and laundry duties. • Removes garbage from assigned areas. • Sets up, breaks down, and cleans tables, snack bars, display cases, serving lines, etc. • May occasionally prepare food or cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats, etc.
