Marketing Analyst Intern

• Support end-to-end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional team members to take the campaign from idea to live in-market. • Analyze post-campaign performance report and summary results for the marketing team, providing learnings & recommendations to improve results for future campaigns. • Analyze top performing communication, creative & channel for ongoing optimization in CRM Tool (e.g. Braze). • Compare performance across time periods (e.g. pre/post campaign, week-over-week) and flag meaningful shifts. • Monitor and report on campaign performance using dashboards and structured reporting templates, with key metrics including: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC, Open/Click-through/Conversion Rates. • Assist in data pull & recommendation on optimizing future campaigns. • Track campaign & merchant performance across channels and flag optimization opportunities to support DAU & App Conversion. • Partner with the Merchant team to identify opportunities to collaborate with marketing to drive app installs directly from merchants. • Conduct market research comparing our programs against industry standards with competitor analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in marketing, analytics, or related fields.
  • Previous internships or academic projects involving campaign management and marketing analytics.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Experience leveraging data to tell a story and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in data-driven marketing practices with the ability to synthesize insights from campaign performance reports.
  • Foundational experience in tools such as redash/SIA (or similar business intelligence tools), Excel/Google Sheets, Braze and Confluence.
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — as part of your daily workflow with ability to accelerate research, draft copy, summarize findings, and build first-pass analyses while understanding when human judgment takes over.
  • Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with multiple inputs and quick turnarounds.
