Project Coordinator

• Supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and tracking progress • Communicates with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Schedules, prioritizes, and coordinates work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders • Allocates resources, resolves scheduling issues, and ensures work order readiness • Tracks, completes, documents, and submits work orders for billing • Monitors performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs • Communicates status updates and confirms completion with stakeholders • Ensures compliance with operational procedures and quality standards • Provides guidance to teams and performs other related duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of project coordination or operations support experience
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (phone and email)
  • Detail‑oriented, quick learner, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible to work in US‑based hours and adapt to changing project needs
  • Team‑oriented with ability to support and guide others

Role Description MARS Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager II (PM II) to lead the execution of solar projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget while driving coordination across engineering, procurement, and field operations. The PM II serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with strong operational oversight. This role offers remote work flexibility for qualified candidates located within California or elsewhere in the United States.
