• Ensure the qualified implementation of projects in partner territories by coordinating with Secretariats of Education, implementation partners and local focal points, assuring monitoring of indicators, organization of operational workflows and compliance with work plans. • Act as the organization’s focal point with Secretariats of Education and implementation partners. • Lead regular follow-up meetings with territories. • Support the definition and tracking of schedules and operational alignments. • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities and agreed arrangements among stakeholders. • Monitor implementation, engagement and outcome indicators. • Update dashboards and periodic reports. • Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. • Support evidence-based decision-making. • Create work plans and review templates for cooperation agreements for all education networks participating in the projects, with support from internal teams and the legal team. • Structure, organize and document workflows between internal areas and territories. • Ensure compliance with project deadlines, deliverables and milestones. • Develop monitoring tools (spreadsheets, checklists, communication templates). • Propose operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality of implementation. • Track agreed targets with the territories. • Organize information for institutional reports and accountability to partners. • Map risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.

• Plan and oversee routines related to brand positioning for different stakeholder audiences. • Manage the brand's social media channels, ensuring execution of the strategy with external vendors and the internal team. • Manage media relations (press office), ensuring execution of the strategy with external vendors and the internal team. • Identify and apply to calls for proposals, grant opportunities and awards that increase brand visibility, coordinating with the Strategic Partnerships team. • Produce the annual report and institutional newsletters. • Support company leadership in representing the brand. • Manage institutional events and campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams to publicize topics across different channels. Support in managing the Institutional Marketing budget.
