Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to bring our solutions to life and help our partners unlock more value from their digital experiences. This team plays a critical role in shaping how retailers connect with millions of shoppers each week. As a Principal Technical Account Lead (12-month Contract), you will own the development and management of the technical relationship between our enterprise-level retailers and our internal teams. Helping retailers by serving as a trusted technical advisor, both facilitating their adoption of our suite of solutions, as well as consulting on how to best leverage Flipp services, while generating excitement about how we can help them reinvent weekly shopping. Helping shape the product roadmap with Flipp’s product and engineering teams by weighing in with industry and real world retailer knowledge. What you'll get the opportunity to do: - Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and mid-market retail partners, guiding them in adopting and maximizing Flipp’s solutions - Develop tailored technical strategies and solutions that drive engagement, performance, and long-term partner success - Lead onboarding and manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects and strategic initiatives - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to influence roadmap decisions and advocate for partner needs - Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate business impact What you'll bring to the team: - Experience in technical account management, client services, pre-sales, or project management within a technology-driven environment - Strong ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence - Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail - Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics - Solid understanding of web technologies such as APIs, JSON, and JavaScript (or similar) - Ability to problem-solve creatively, handle objections, and apply technical solutions to business challenges - Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is an asset, but not required - PMP or similar project management experience is a plus #LI-Remote How We Support You Our Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure that you are rewarded for impact, take part in accelerated career growth, thrive with highly flexible benefits, and are empowered to do your best work in a remote-first environment.
