• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and responsible parties • Coordinate stakeholders and project activities for advisory and assessment engagements with cloud service providers (CSPs) • Gather required materials to prepare kickoff decks and project planning documentation based on engagement type • Schedule and lead project kickoff calls, including service-specific charter and RFI validation sessions • Obtain approvals and signatures for all required planning documentation • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate with customers to define and manage project schedules, expectations, and deliverables • Lead or participate in recurring client status meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes and action items • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels • Collaborate with technical leads and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of project deliverables • Monitor project progress to ensure delivery of high-quality services on time and within allocated hours • Manage priorities, tasks, and assigned hours to meet delivery and utilization targets • Support consultants with time management and resource allocation across concurrent projects • Coordinate internal product-related initiatives, including new feature rollouts, platform updates, and non-development product releases • Align cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, delivery, operations) to ensure smooth execution of internal launches • Track timelines, dependencies, and communications for internal releases to ensure readiness and adoption • Assist technical leads in validating budgets and allocating hours within financial management tools • Adjust resource schedules as needed to balance workloads and meet project demands • Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and timeline concerns to executive leadership as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data in project management tools (e.g., Jira) • Execute project and task closeout procedures, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed • This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Limited travel may be required for client engagements and service delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent job experience
- 2-6+ years of experience in managing multiple projects where regular interactions with an internal team and customers were required
- 2+ years of information security or professional services experience
- Budget management, project management, estimation, capacity planning, facilitation skills, presentation skills, strong communication skills
- Knowledge of MS 365 toolset
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and modern road mapping tools
- Ability to plan complex projects then react and communicate deviation from that plan over time
- Background with NIST-based frameworks such as FISMA or FedRAMP
- Ability to be self-directed with little oversight
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
