• Provides high quality installations, and prompt corrective and preventative maintenance on client hardware sold and supported by CDK • Perform Daily functions using WFM device to update service and installation cases • Receive and accept service and install cases • Update ETA information within specified ETA guidelines • Log times using WFM timer functions for Shop, Travel, Onsite, Repair, Audit • Create and Update Parts Requests as required (receipt / return) • Close and Updates cases including any Asset Changes • Perform Asset Inventory of client sites as required during installs

• Operate and troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, and DNS/IPAM across production and non-production environments; restore service quickly and document fixes. • Implement changes via established change control processes; perform peer reviews, validations, and post-change health checks; communicate plans, risks, and backout steps. • Participate in incident response (including major incidents); provide accurate impact updates and contribute to post-incident reviews and corrective actions. • Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability; tune thresholds/dashboards to reduce noise and speed up triage. • Create and maintain accurate network documentation and SOPs; keep inventories, diagrams, and standards current for operations and audits. • Support security and compliance (e.g., PCI/ISO) by providing evidence, hardening configurations (TLS/certificates/WAF), and remediating findings on schedule. • Contribute to automation for configuration, compliance, backups, and workflows (e.g., scripts and CI/CD pipelines) to improve speed and consistency. • Plan and execute upgrades/migrations during approved windows; engage vendors/TAC effectively when needed.

• Design, install, configure, manage and maintain Juniper network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. • Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability, perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. • Implement and maintain security controls, administer firewalls, access controls, and other security protocols to protect the organization's network and data. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, update network diagrams and service records. • Respond to network incidents, diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Schedule and perform network system upgrades, patch management and routine preventative maintenance. • Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate configuration and maintenance of network equipment.

• Designs and implements custom network solutions for existing and potential customers under limited supervision • Follows best-practice industry standards to provide a network design which is functional, scalable and secure • Supports the Solutions Architect group in designing, documenting and implementing customer pilots and providing support for customer testing as required • Provides network engineering support to Sales and Architecture organizations as required • Supports Tier IV escalation to Help Desk • Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves customer network issues • Recommends changes to remediate any network deficiencies to enhance network performance • Researches, evaluates and provides recommendations for new hardware and software solutions • Creates technical presentations as needed • Develops, documents and maintains processes and procedures related to design, implementation, maintenance and operations of various complex customer networks • Follows and enforces documented processes to meet compliance requirements • Analyzes customer bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies • Develops capacity planning models for future needs • Participates in rotating “on call” schedule for support
