Role Description The Retail Network team is on a mission to grow and scale the world’s most trusted, open, and complete product data network. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll play an instrumental role on the Retail Network Services team by leading our customers through the implementation, adoption, and expansion of Salsify across their organizations – ultimately resulting in excellent customer satisfaction and the growth of our Retail Network. You’ll work directly with our customers to meet each of their unique and growing commerce business demands. You will partner with a Project Manager to form an Implementation team to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for each of your customers. How you will make an impact: - Lead the technical consulting and configuration component of multiple concurrent time and materials implementation projects. - Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop a deep understanding of customers’ existing business models and processes to implement Salsify in the most effective, efficient, and creative ways to ensure successful user adoption and overall long-term success with our products. - Work cross-functionally with Retail Success Managers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and other teams to ensure customers are set up to achieve established KPIs/Goals. - Mentor team members and drive a consistently positive experience with internal and external stakeholders by teaching and bringing others along. - Champion internal initiatives to support the broader delivery team. Requirements - 3+ years of Implementation Consultant experience. - Proficiency in data modeling, data governance, and integrating data source systems such as PIMs or ERPs with eCommerce platforms is a bonus. - Experience with JavaScript from a browser development perspective and a familiarity of how JavaScript dependencies are managed with package.json, NPM, and build tools. - Able to use web browser tools to debug website scripts and HTTP requests. • Deploy, configure, and support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, identity, networking, and security services. • Implement Azure networking solutions including: Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and IP addressing Network Security Groups (NSGs) and User Defined Routes (UDRs) Azure Firewall and basic traffic filtering rules Site-to-site and point-to-site VPN connectivity Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway • Support hybrid connectivity between Azure and on-premises environments. • Assist with network segmentation and access control aligned to security best practices. • Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. • Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for infrastructure deployments. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash to streamline operational tasks. • Administer and support Windows and Linux virtual machines in Azure and hybrid environments. • Assist with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, RBAC, and identity integrations. • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. • Support patching, backup, recovery, and basic cost optimization activities.

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Juniper network devices and systems. • Design, install, configure, manage and maintain Juniper network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. • Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability, perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. • Implement and maintain security controls, administer firewalls, access controls, and other security protocols to protect the organization's network and data. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, update network diagrams and service records. • Respond to network incidents, diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Schedule and perform network system upgrades, patch management and routine preventative maintenance. • Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate configuration and maintenance of network equipment.
