Role Description As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Storable, you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, retention, and growth across a portfolio of key accounts. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as a strategic partner to support their business goals. - Drive customer retention and growth by increasing product adoption and identifying opportunities to expand value across the Storable platform. - Proactively manage account health, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues, requests, and initiatives. - Lead recurring business reviews (QBRs), delivering insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. - Educate customers on product enhancements, roadmap updates, and best practices to maximize impact. - Monitor and communicate customer health, risks, and opportunities using data-driven insights. - Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and align internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. - Develop a strong understanding of the storage industry and customer operating models to provide relevant, strategic guidance. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS environment. - Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward proactively. - Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and customer recommendations. - Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for technology and customer outcomes. Requirements - Experience in self-storage, real estate, or vertical SaaS industries (Nice to Have). - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (Nice to Have). - Experience supporting multi-product or platform-based solutions (Nice to Have). - Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and company events. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. - To be eligible for employment, you must reside in certain states.
