Job Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience. - Minimum of two (2) years of prior sales or marketing experience is required. - Ability to travel within territory daily. Manager, Treasury Operations Reporting to: VP, Corporate FP&A & Treasurer (or equivalent) This role is responsible for supporting Omnicell’s global treasury operations, with a focus on day-to-day cash management, banking administration, compliance activities, and people leadership. The Manager, Treasury Operations will execute core treasury processes, support strategic initiatives, lead one direct report (Treasury Analyst), and partner cross‑functionally to improve working capital visibility, liquidity management, and operational controls. • Works closely with patient/family to case manage all steps required to gain access to therapy. • Educate patient/family on reimbursement options. • Acts as a liaison with medical offices. • Work with Specialty Pharmacy and insurance companies to obtain reimbursement requirements information. • Perform benefit investigations with insurance companies as required. • Responsible for maintaining case history for all assigned patients in the CRM system. • Provide back-up coverage for other Patient Engagement Managers (PEMs). • Travel to required meetings and medical offices as necessary.
