For this role: Responsible for delivering BSI’s audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all BSI, scheme and regulatory requirements to assure timely, cost effective service delivery that assures satisfaction of our customer needs. The individual will conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and at least 2 years of 3rd party auditing experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Bilingual (French and English) preferred. Essential Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and ensure a match of qualifications and client contract requirements set by Planners. - Contact clients and confirm the visits, plan the assessments, make travel plans, conduct the assessments and report and managing the results. - Safely commute to and from the client site and stay overnight when required. - Monitor the client accounts to ensure that records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters are properly dealt with to assure client satisfaction is maintained. - Follow the Competence Development plan and requirements by Manager. - Take action toward professional development in order to reach assessor status and then Lead Assessor status through the prescribed program (based on the knowledge, skills and experience they have as well as the requirements of the appropriate schemes) and maintain auditor and scheme qualifications. - Lead teams when necessary and mentor and coach new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet the business needs. - Attend any required training and follow all procedures/processes/policies within BSI for management of clients, management of a home based office, use of BSI equipment and communication both internal and external to the organization. - Perform any other assignments as needed to meet assessment delivery business objectives Qualifications & Essential Experience: - College degree AA or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience). Preference will be given to persons with Engineering background. - At least 5 years relevant experience in the area of Quality management Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site inspections and building condition assessments using mobile inspection and capital planning software on an iPad. - Perform walk-through surveys of major building systems, structures, interiors, exteriors, and pavements. - Conduct space utilization planning and analysis. - Provide detailed photographic documentation and observations of site and building features. - Identify system types, conditions, remaining useful life, and significant deficiencies based on visual inspection. - Provide recommendations and planning-level cost estimates for building envelope, components, and systems repair or replacement. - Conduct interviews with stakeholders and review property records and documents. - Complete FCA reports using asset assessment management software. - Work remotely, with travel up to 75% of the time, including climbing ladders or stairs for on-site assessments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Requires the knowledge of health information practices and principles as normally demonstrated through completion of one or more years of post-high school education in medical records and information systems OR high school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge or one or more years of experience working with medical records and/or health information management. Requires the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats; requires ability to inspect, read, and analyze written material. Must be able to perform and work on multiple tasks and organize and prioritize work. Requires good judgment, initiative and problem-solving abilities, along with effective teamwork skills. Requires strong technical skills in the use of software applications and databases. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
