Resource Innovations is seeking an Associate HR Planning & People Services Representative to join our growing team in REMOTE. We are looking for a skilled, mission-driven HR professional with strong case management, employee support, and people services experience. The Associate HR Planning & People Services Representative is responsible for providing high-quality, centralized HR support to employees and managers by managing HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, and promoting consistent application and publication of HR policies and procedures. This role also supports People Services and Operations and broader HR programs by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and driving service improvements. The Associate contributes to the employee experience through high-touch support, streamlined processes, and proactive issue resolution. Duties and Responsibilities: Case Management & Employee Support - Manage and resolve HR tickets/cases within established SLAs using HR case management tools. - Provide first-line support for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll inquiries, benefits questions, leave of absence processes, PTO, employment verification, performance, T&D, recognition, compensation, and other HR functions. - Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate HR COEs or HR Business Partners. - Track, monitor, and close cases with accurate documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity. - Maintain and update HR knowledge content to support employee self-service. Employee Lifecycle Support - Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including new hire documentation, background check coordination, Form I-9 completion and employee file setup. - Assist with employment changes such as job changes, compensation updates, address changes, and basic Workday transaction troubleshooting. - Manage queries in line with the HR support model. Leave, Benefits & Payroll Operations Support - Answer employee questions related to benefits, eligibility, open enrollment support, and life event documentation. - Partner with Payroll and OSV (Workday Managed Services) to troubleshoot employee payroll inquiries. - Maintain tracking sheets and logs for recurring HR operational processes. HR Policy, Compliance & People Services - Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization. - Support compliance activities including I-9 audits, policy acknowledgments, and annual compliance requirements. - Maintain service delivery process documentation and recommend improvements. - Assist in maintaining the HR People services SOP library and updating workflows as needed. - Draft and formalize policy, guides and FAQs as part of ServiceNow delivery and Workday Help. Project & Program Support - Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of HR programs. - Track deliverables, milestones, and documentation for HR initiatives. - Support change management activities and communications. - Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of HR operations, people services or HR generalist experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Preferred skills, education and experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) preferred.

  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  Salary range is $58k - $75k. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
