Resource Innovations is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Benefits Program Manager to take the lead on our employee benefits and leave of absence programs. This is an exciting opportunity to own and evolve programs that directly impact employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement. In this role, you’ll drive the execution of our benefits offerings, ensure compliance, and play a key role in advancing our Total Rewards function. Duties and Responsibilities Benefits Program Management – 60%  You’ll own and elevate our benefits programs end-to-end:  - Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, wellness, and voluntary benefits.   - Lead and administer open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education programs.  - Build strong benefit partnerships – managing our benefit broker and vendor relationships, contracts, and cost-effective delivery of benefits.  - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA).   - Enhance and optimize benefits systems, including supporting a large scale Workday HRIS implementation, to create a seamless employee experience  - Oversee benefits billing and reconciliation to ensure coverage and payment accuracy   - Serve as the go-to expert for questions--- delivering clear, supportive guidance to our team members  Leaves of Absence Administration – 30%  - You’ll help employees navigate important life moments with clarity and care: - Guide employees and managers through company sponsored leaves and other regulatory leaves including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific programs. - Help ensure leaves are handled fairly, smoothly, and in compliance with regulations.   - Track leaves, support return-to-work planning, and provide thoughtful, responsive support  - Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments  Special Projects & HR Initiatives – 10%  - Support other HRIS and benefits system enhancements and reporting improvements  - Partner on Total Rewards projects, including compensation, benchmarking, and process improvements   - Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership - Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
  • Hands on-experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems, preferably with Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience managing benefit or leave brokers, vendors, and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex benefits concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $82,000K - $130,000K. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
