Job Requirements

Description Job Title: Contracts Administrator Department: Administration – Contracting Reports To: RavenTek Chief Administrative Officer Location: Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday with after business and weekend hours as needed Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt Clearance: None Position Summary The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of all contracting related documents and tasks, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and supporting business operations through effective contract administration. This role requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in developing, preparing, reviewing, executing, and administering all contractual documents in compliance with policies and regulations. This role is critical to RavenTek’s success and comprehensive risk management strategy. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Provide contract and subcontract review in accordance with company policies, legal compliance, and requirements, based on permission and authority. - Assist the business development and capture team with the review and execution of submittal documents. - Complete customer Reps & Certs and other forms on assigned projects. - Review, create, and suggest edits on teaming agreements, partner agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements, as assigned. - Assist in negotiations of terms and conditions with customers, partners, and subcontractors. - Perform contract or subcontract closeout activities as requested. - Create and manage Subcontractor Agreements, modifications, authorizations to proceed, staffing plans, 75% letters, and other requests and documents, working with the Program Management Office. - Submit required documents, questionnaires, pricing, and contract documents via email and within customer portals. - Track contract deliverables, deadlines, funding, and reporting requirements. - Identify and mitigate contractual risks. - Interpret and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable regulations. - Maintain contract files with an organized system of digital records and ensure audit readiness in accordance with company and regulatory standards. - Communicate with vendors and customers regarding document processing. - Manage tasks and assignments for contract personnel. - Perform other duties as required. - Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period. - Complete required compliance training as assigned. Work Environment Employee will be working indoors in a home office environment, and occasionally a shared office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations.
