• Work directly with our go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll Platform to deliver technical wins. • Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement & optimisation. • Act as the technical voice during sales cycles — owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations & integration workshops. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, & refine value messaging. • Constructive disruption - challenge the status quo, always looking for opportunities to scale, improve & refine. • Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings & maintain industry expertise. • Support Partnership & Marketing led initiatives

• Own the onboarding, implementation, and technical deployment of Stratus for new electrical contractor customers. • Lead the full onboarding lifecycle: environment setup, configuration, data ingestion, permissions, integrations, and workflow design. • Run implementation project plans including discovery, milestones, customer training, and go-live readiness. • Deliver engaging onboarding sessions tailored to electrical contractor stakeholders — including field crews, prefab shops, VDC teams, project managers, and estimators. • Troubleshoot configuration issues, work closely with engineering when needed, and translate technical concepts for end users. • Validate alignment between delivered workflows and the pre-sales plan. • Apply firsthand knowledge of electrical contracting workflows to configure Stratus in ways that reflect how electrical teams actually work. • Partner with CSMs on post-go-live handoff and ensure customers ramp quickly. • Provide product feedback based on customer onboarding issues, gaps, and patterns — with a particular focus on the electrical segment.

• Design and implement scalable integrations (APIs, services, MCP interfaces) that expose internal and external systems as reusable skills for AI agents • Collaborate on the development and optimisation of the execution layer, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable agent-driven actions • Integrate the AI platform with business systems such as GIS data sources, valuation tools, and other enterprise applications • Build and maintain clean, well-documented APIs and backend services supporting modular and reusable architectures • Ensure integrations are robust, observable, and performant, with appropriate monitoring and error handling • Work closely with AI and Data Engineers within a shared backlog, contributing to full end-to-end delivery rather than isolated components
