Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role supporting manufacturing customers. - 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience (operations, engineering, CI, production leadership), or 5+ years selling or supporting technical solutions into manufacturing environments. - Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, standardized work, and operational KPIs. - Experience delivering customized product demonstrations and leading technical discussions with both operational and IT stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear operational outcomes and business value. - Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage plant managers, CI leaders, IT teams, and executives. - Experience contributing to PoCs, solution design, or technical validation processes. - Fluency in English and French. - Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
