• Identify, Onboard and enable new Channel partner in alignment with Mitel's growth strategy in KSA. • Manage and Grow existing channel base and increase market penetration. • Own the Channel sales Quote for allocated partners and meet or exceed revenue targets. • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners. • Drive deal registration, pipeline development and forecast accuracy. • Ensure partners are trained and certified on Mitel Solutions. • Support sales and technical enablement events, workshops, and local roadshows. • Stay informed on competitive activities, market dynamics, and customer demands specific to KSA. • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations and end customers. • Coordinate executive alignment with Mitel Leadership and strategic partners. • Collaborate with marketing teams and partners to run co-branded campaigns tailored to Saudi market needs. • Leverage digital platforms, industry events, and local exhibitions to drive awareness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management in the UC, telecom, networking, or IT sector.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics in KSA and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of unified communications, cloud voice, collaboration, and contact center solutions.
- Knowledge of public sector, education, oil & gas, and enterprise verticals in KSA is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
