Position Summary The Pricing Operations Analyst will prepare status reporting, status updates and risk for all task associated with pricing efforts such as but not limited to Audit cases, Client Reconciliation reports, track and report out Objects and Key Results (OKRs), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance reports and more. Primary responsibilities include: - Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Create daily status reports and identify risk of meeting deliverable dates - Collaborate with team members to obtain status - Communicate with management on status and risk associated with all task support by Client Pricing Team - Delivers at team meetings and presentations to provide updates on current initiatives projects and/or task - Escalate complex cases and outstanding task to management - Identify recurring issues and share feedback with leadership - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment - Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through - Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Expert in accurate and specific documentation - Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and organization. - Strong report and project management skills - Monitors and reports key performance metrics - Commitment to company vision Required Qualifications - Experience working with standard Microsoft Office product with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications - Experience with emerging tools like AI functions Education -Bachelor's Degree required or relevant work experience may be considered. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future. We’re looking for a Pricing Results Specialist who is an expert in cards to join our PSA Pricing Team to be able to review & adjust customer-selected submission service levels on PSA orders to accurately reflect true market values. You’ll report to the Pricing Specialist Manager and work from one of our office spaces. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process. What You'll Do: - Review customer orders for service level accuracy based on card market values - Make necessary adjustments to submission prices on an itemized, line-by-line basis - Stay current on trading card and related collectibles pricing by reviewing trade pricing publications, auction results and other credible resources - Find and communicate with hobby pricing resources for support purposes - Communicate pricing adjustments with appropriate PSA staff members - Identify pricing, service or system improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, technology and competitors Who You Are: - Firsthand knowledge of the cards - Background in operations, customer service, or accounting - Effective problem-solving skills - Strong organization skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity - Ability to work in a positive team environment - Detail oriented and ability to focus over long stretches of time - Direct industry experience is preferred, specific to what we do, but not required if we believe that the candidate is able to learn quickly - Proficient in programs such as Word, Excel and custom processing systems is required to do the job Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.
