Motorola Solutions
• Supporting the Motorola Solutions Enterprise Brazil field sales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across channel partners and end-user customers. • Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new partnerships. • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. • Coordinating company personnel to meet customer expectations. • Driving adoption of company programs and executing go-to-market strategies. • Participating in industry tradeshows.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B technology or physical security environment
- Fluent English is mandatory
- University degree required
- Solid knowledge of major market clouds (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS applications
- Ability to calculate and explain TCO and ROI for cloud migration
- Proficient knowledge of cloud-based video security, VMS, and enterprise solution selling
- Proven track record in territory management, prospecting, and negotiation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction; and to ensure consistency in service delivery. • Performs contract renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned accounts. • Coordinates renewal pricing and completes location coding parameters; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports. • Educates the client on loss data - drivers of cost impacting assigned programs. • Coordinates project activity. • Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction. • Identifies issues that impact consistency and customer satisfaction; works with program management leadership to effect problem resolution; and assists with identifying office level service trends and establishes plans for service improvement. • Identifies and solicits cross selling opportunities.
