• Arrives at workstation at scheduled start time prepared to work and does not leave workstation until scheduled end time. • Demonstrates a “team” philosophy in daily operations and problem solving methods. • Is aware of, and complies with, with all federal and state regulatory agencies as instructed by the company (i.e., Boards of Pharmacy, HIPPA, CHAP, DOT, OSHA, DEA, DEP, etc.) • Is aware of the surrounding physical environment to ensure a safe work environment. • Arrives at all scheduled meetings on time and is prepared to participate. • Participates in mandatory annual and bi-annual in-services and HIPAA training. • Reports any potential HIPAA infringements to the Privacy Officer. • Incorporates company or departmental changes effectively. • Keeps all patient information confidential, in accordance with company procedures and HIPAA regulations. • Keeps all financial information confidential, in accordance with company policy. • Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, and gets involved in PromptCare’s employee activities. • Other Duties as Assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Healthcare service experience is a major advantage.
  • Must have good communication skills: Telephone, email, and interoffice communications.
  • Must have good PC skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CPR + is preferred.

Analysis and preparation of processing instruction associated with unapplied E, L and M bucket funds, vendor refunds and Investor/Insurer demands. Validation of non-recoverable expense submissions. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $19.50-$23.00/hr. What you’ll do: - Prepare timely and accurate posting instructions for application of payoff, reinstatement, Investor/MI claim settlement funds and third party sale or REO proceeds. - Analyze unapplied funds and complete applicable steps to ensure proper disposition. - Evaluate Investor/Insurer demands against supporting documentation and prepare remittance package. - Ensure timely liquidation of system balances upon receipt of final Investor/Insurer claim settlement, payoff funds or sale proceeds. - Validate supporting documentation and appropriate recoverability for non-recoverable expense submissions. - Complete duties with accuracy and within defined service level expectations as provided by Supervisor/Manager. Provide prompt notification to Supervisor/Manager of delayed completion of duties or identified errors. - Maintain working knowledge of all state and federal regulations in relation to permissible fees and costs and recoverability from mortgagor. - Assume responsibility for completion of assigned duties.
