Senior Product Designer

OpenLoop

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through iteration and delivery • Partner closely with PMs and Engineers to co-create solutions, not just execute on specs • Translate ambiguous problems into clear, structured design approaches and outcomes • Build and evolve scalable systems, information architecture, and product structures • Develop and maintain design systems that are actively used and evolve with the product • Contribute to both external client-facing experiences and internal tools (e.g., CRM, operational platforms) • Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, constraints, and changing business needs • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, research, and prototyping where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Strong system thinker who can design for complex, interconnected products and simplify ambiguity
  • Sharp product judgment—able to frame problems, prioritize effectively, and make decisions tied to real user and business impact
  • Highly collaborative with PMs and Engineers; comfortable navigating tradeoffs in a fast, non-linear environment
  • Thrives in ambiguity—moves quickly from idea to iteration without relying on rigid processes
  • Proactive and self-directed; pushes work forward without waiting for perfect requirements
  • Comfortable engaging with technical concepts and translating them into clear, scalable design solutions
  • Experienced in building and evolving design systems used by real teams
  • Strong craft in Figma and modern design tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in incorporating them into design workflows
  • Portfolio demonstrates clear thinking, strong structure, rapid iteration, and measurable impact
