Manages the overall coordination and execution of registration components within the constraints of project costs, time and scope. What You’ll Be Doing - Serve as the main point of contact for client registration needs and manage a portfolio of accounts independently. - Test registration websites and internal applications for functionality, accuracy, and quality control. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather client requirements and deliver specifications to IT for website builds. - Provide customer service support, including data entry instructions, financial processing details, and production scheduling for tickets and credentials. - Prepare onsite service requirements, participate in project team meetings, and support onsite execution as needed. - Apply process improvement and project management principles, maintain documentation, track expenses, and provide weekly status updates. What You’ll Bring - College degree or equivalent work experience (Business or Hospitality preferred). - 1+ years of registration experience (Maritz Registration or association registration experience). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Professional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask. - Basic understanding of HTML. Nice to Have - Experience supporting onsite events or client meetings. - Familiarity with credential or ticket production processes. - Prior experience working cross‑functionally with IT, Housing, Project Management, or Onsite Services teams. Working Logistics & Things You Should Know - This is a Remote role. - Travel required: 10–15% for onsite events and client meetings. - This position operates on CST.
