Job Description
IT Operations & Financial Administrator
Support Tech LLC
This is a remote position. Support Tech LLC is seeking a high-caliber professional to manage the operational and financial backbone of our IT Infrastructure and Field Services business. This role is a critical hire that requires a rare combination of master-level data manipulation and executive-level communication. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial data, the efficiency of our technician recruitment pipeline, and the overall smooth operation of our field service administrative systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Mapping & Financial Administration ● Master-Level Data Systems: Design, build, and maintain complex data-mapping structures in Excel or Google Sheets (utilizing advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and interconnected data sets). ● IT Financial Management: Execute end-to-end invoicing specifically for IT field services, ensuring labor hours, travel expenses, and hardware costs are mapped accurately to client accounts. ● Systems Integration: Audit and optimize the flow of data between our field service management tools and internal financial reporting spreadsheets. 2. Technical Recruitment & Coordination ● Talent Sourcing: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for IT staff and field technicians, screening resumes for specific industry certifications and hands-on infrastructure experience. ● Professional Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet Support Tech LLC’s standards for "crystal clear" English communication and technical competence. ● Administrative Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of new hires/contractors by managing documentation and system access. 3. Operations & Support ● Process Documentation: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site deployments, dispatching, and financial reconciliation. ● Executive Liaison: Provide Senior Management with clean, visual data dashboards and serve as a professional point of contact for high-level client queries. Requirements Required Qualifications ● IT Industry Background: Prior experience or strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Field Services (e.g., rack-and-stack, structured cabling, networking, and SLA management). ● English Fluency: Native or bilingual proficiency (C2 level). Your written and verbal communication must be polished, professional, and clear. ● Data Mastery: You must be a "power user" of spreadsheets. Experience with data mapping and logic-based data organization is non-negotiable. ● Detail Orientation: A near-obsessive focus on accuracy, particularly regarding financial tasks and invoicing. ● Software Proficiency: High comfort level with G-Suite and invoicing software (e.g., ZOHO Books). What We’re Looking For ● The Problem Solver: You don’t just report a data error; you find the root cause and fix the system. ● The Professional: You represent Support Tech LLC with high-level etiquette in every call and email. ● The Finisher: You have a high "completion rate" and thrive in a role with significant responsibility. How to Apply Please Apply though our online jobs portal: jobs.supporttech.com 1. Resume highlighting your experience in IT Infrastructure and data management. 2. A brief written summary of the most complex data mapping or spreadsheet project you have managed. 3. A LOOM video introduction demonstrating Benefits 1. Remote-First Flexibility Support Tech LLC is a nationwide leader in on-site IT solutions, but our administrative and operations roles are designed for a fully remote environment. We trust our team to manage their time effectively, providing the autonomy to balance professional high performance with personal life. 2. A Culture of "Clear Communication" As a company that prides itself on "smart hands" and seamless field coordination, we hate ambiguity. You will work in an environment where expectations are well-defined, feedback is direct and respectful, and Senior Management is accessible and supportive. 3. Professional Growth & Industry Exposure You won't just be "doing admin"—you will be at the heart of the IT Infrastructure and Field Services industry. - Vertical Progression: Opportunities to move into project management or senior operations roles. - Technical Upskilling: Gain deep exposure to how North American IT infrastructure is deployed, from fiber optics to large-scale retail technology rollouts. 4. Impact & Ownership At Support Tech LLC, you aren't just a cog in a machine. Because you report to Senior Management, your work in data mapping and process optimization directly impacts the company’s bottom line and operational scalability. You have the "voice" to suggest improvements and see them implemented. 5. Stable, Results-Oriented Environment We value efficiency and accuracy. If you are a "Master" of your craft, you will find a home here. We provide: - Paid Training: Ensuring you are fully equipped with our specific internal tools and FSM (Field Service Management) systems. - Consistent Full-Time Work: The security of a stable role in a high-growth technology sector. - Modern Toolset: Access to premium software for data management, recruitment, and communication to help you do your best work. Why Support Tech LLC is Different Unlike "sterile" recruitment or admin firms, we maintain a human connection. Our technicians often praise us for being "super easy and efficient" to work with—and we bring that same energy to our internal corporate team. We believe that when our operations team is supported, our field techs succeed, and our clients thrive.
