Key responsibilities: - Grow Thales business in the Baltic countries; - Promoting Thales’ Defence & Security products, systems, and solutions, while effectively communicating the company’s vision and value proposition; - Conduct business development activities and identify growth opportunities within the customer landscape - Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and strategic partners; - Define, implement, and monitor account objectives and performance targets; - Prepare, maintain, and execute Capture Plans; - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement; - Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders across Thales Business Lines. Requirements: - Preferred position location in Estonia or Lithuania; - 5-10 years of international experience in a comparable role within the defence, security, or related industry; - Experience working with public procurement entities, preferably within the defence sector (military or civilian), or in a similar defence industry role; - Strong understanding of the defence market in the Baltic region; - Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to understand operational needs and translate them into business opportunities; - Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly disciplined professional; - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; - Proven ability to build partnerships and lead cross-functional collaboration; - Fluent English (C2 level, both written and spoken) and either Estonian or Lithuanian as a secondary language at intermediate level (B1) - EU citizenship required; Estonian or Lithuanian nationality is strongly preferred due to market and regulatory considerations. What would you do at Fever? On your first month in Fever: You will: - Be fully integrated into the team. After 3 months in Fever: You will: - Assess the current cyber incident response posture, threat detections, and monitoring capabilities. - Conduct a maturity assessment of IR processes for our cloud service providers (e.g., AWS) and other critical platforms. - Review existing runbooks and identify gaps or areas for rapid improvement. - Lead cross-functional tabletop exercises with engineering, data, and operations teams. What You'll Do: The Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently seeking an experienced individual for a BCI Special Agent vacancy in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Section, Crime Scene Unit (Northwest). This position will primarily be designated for remote working. There may be in person requirements for training and operational needs. The headquarter location is London, OH. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation, known as BCI, is the state’s official crime lab serving the criminal justice community and protecting Ohio families. BCI also provides expert criminal investigative services to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies upon request. With offices throughout the state, BCI stands ready to respond 24/7 to local law enforcement agencies’ needs at no cost to the requesting agency. Staff at BCI work every day to provide the highest level of service. This includes special agents who are on call 24/7 to offer investigative assistance at crime scenes, knowledgeable scientists and forensic specialists using cutting-edge technology to process evidence to bring criminals to justice, and criminal intelligence analysts and identification specialists who help local law enforcement solve cases. Experienced special agents, forensic scientists, and other law enforcement experts’ staff BCI’s three main divisions: 1) Identifications 2) Investigations and 3) Laboratory. The successful candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate within 90 days to one of the following counties: Allen, Auglaize, Darke, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Marion, Mercer, Putnam, Shelby, Van Wert, Wyandot counties.
