About the role: As a Technical Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a key role in securing our SaaS applications, cloud environments, and enterprise security infrastructure. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate risks, deploy security tools, implement technical controls, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture. A successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with both technical expertise and theoretical knowledge in Cybersecurity with a focus on cloud environments. What would you do at Fever? On your first month in Fever: - You will be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in planning and follow-up meetings with other areas. - You will have met the departments of Fever. - You will get familiar with Fever's technological structure and ecosystem (applications, infrastructure, architecture, etc.) - You will gain an understanding of our security processes, tools, and overall security landscape. After 3 months in Fever: - You will be part of the team designing and implementing technical solutions to keep cybersecurity risks under control. - You will participate in security reviews for SaaS applications and cloud environments. - You will contribute to the deployment of security tools across the organization. - You will create and refine technical security guidelines for existing tools. - You will contribute to the evaluation and selection of new security tools and processes. On your 6th month in Fever: - You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide security guidance and best practices. - You will take ownership of security tools and controls implementation. - You will perform ongoing cyber risk assessments and develop comprehensive mitigation plans. - You will research the latest cybersecurity trends and provide insights and recommendations to strengthen our security posture. Key responsibilities - Implement security measures for SaaS applications, cloud services, and endpoint environments. - Manage security tools such as DLP, MDM, and EDR, ensuring proper configurations and ongoing optimization. - Support and implement BYOD policies and controls, ensuring secure access and device compliance. - Conduct technical cyber risk assessments and recommend security improvements. - Guide the best security tools and technologies to protect Cloud & IT environments. - Develop security guidelines and best practices documentation. - Educate stakeholders on security best practices and risk mitigation techniques. About you Must have: - Hands-on experience with security tool administration (MDM, EDR, DLP, etc) and implementation. - Experience conducting technical cyber risk assessments.Strong experience in securing SaaS applications. - Knowledge of Google Workspace and GCP security best practices. - Understanding of cloud security architectures and domains (access management, identity, network security, patching, etc.) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally to drive security initiatives. - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or IT security roles. - Fluent in English. - Good communication skills. It would be a plus if you have: - Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or another similar relevant degree (or equivalent experience in a technical security role). - Experience implementing BYOD solutions - Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Google security, or equivalent. - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for security automation.
