Job Description
Senior Program Delivery Manager
DataCamp
About DataCamp DataCamp's mission is to empower everyone with the data and AI skills essential for 21st-century success. By providing practical, engaging learning experiences, DataCamp equips learners and organizations of all sizes to harness the power of data and AI. As a trusted partner to over 17 million learners and 6,000+ companies, including 80% of the Fortune 1000, DataCamp is leading the charge in addressing the critical data and AI skills shortage. About the Role You'll be the operational backbone of DataCamp's professional services programs. Think multi-week, multi-cohort engagements involving live classes, masterclasses, hackathons, and Data+AI upskilling tracks — delivered to large organizations going through data and AI transformation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You won't be teaching — you'll be making sure everything around the teaching runs like clockwork. You'll be the main point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating instructors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure every program launches on time, runs smoothly, and improves with each iteration. If you're the kind of person who gets energy from keeping complex projects on track, building trust with enterprise clients, and quietly making everyone around you more effective — this is your role. About you At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Program Planning & Setup Translate commercial agreements into clear delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. Organize and lead kickoff calls (internal and client-facing), set up recurring check-ins, and make sure all documentation, logistics, tooling, and communication channels are in place before a program goes live. You'll own the approval workflow for session content — ensuring outlines go out on time and client feedback loops are tight. You'll also manage all program communications: scheduling emails, invites, reminders, and post-program surveys. Live Delivery Management Act as the operational lead during live program delivery. Support instructors by removing blockers, monitor session pacing and quality, run client check-ins, and proactively flag and mitigate risks before they become problems. Continuous Improvement Lead post-cohort retrospectives and turn feedback into concrete improvements for the next round. Coordinate cross-cohort updates and deliver clear program wrap-ups with outcomes, learnings, and recommendations. Scope & Commercial Awareness Keep a close eye on scope. Flag deviations early, partner with account teams on change requests, and make sure delivery stays aligned with what was sold. AI-Powered Project Management Use AI tools and automations to streamline your own workflows — from status tracking to communication to reporting. We're a data and AI company, and we expect our team to work that way. You should be comfortable building and iterating on AI-powered automations that make program delivery faster and more reliable. Quaifications - 4–8+ years in project or program management, ideally in professional services, consulting, or learning & development. - Proven experience managing enterprise clients and acting as the primary point of contact during complex engagements - Strong stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust, set expectations, and have difficult conversations when needed - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you don't wait for things to break before fixing them - Comfortable operating in live, fast-paced environments where plans shift and you need to adapt quickly - Commercially aware — you understand scope, margins, and when to escalate - Demonstrable experience working with AI tools and building AI-powered automations in your day-to-day work (we will assess this during the hiring process) - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
