As the Strategic Technical Consultant for Clarity - Bloomreach’s AI shopping assistant - you will own the technical strategy, implementation approach, and customer experience end-to-end. You will guide customers through trials, onboarding, early adoption, and optimization, ensuring Clarity is deployed correctly, performs reliably, and delivers measurable value quickly. This role requires both execution and strategic thinking. You will play a key role in shaping the implementation approach, contributing to the product roadmap, and proactively identifying and eliminating friction in the customer experience through scalable processes, technical patterns, and structured product feedback. You will work as an independent technical partner to customers and internal teams, shaping how Clarity is implemented globally. Your salary starts at €4,500 gross per month for Slovakia, restricted stock units and other benefits are on top. You can work in one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava) or from home on a full-time basis. Your job will be to: - Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of Clarity, including configuration across Bloomreach Discovery and Engagement - Make front-end updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize weblayers and optimize how Clarity appears and behaves on customer sites - Design scalable technical solutions that translate customer requirements into effective Clarity implementations - Guide customers in setting up analytics tracking, event instrumentation, and A/B testing frameworks to measure performance and optimize results - Troubleshoot issues across front-end behavior, analytics, data connectivity, Discovery integration, and weblayer execution - Contribute directly to the product roadmap by identifying friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities for product enhancements - Define and continuously refine the Clarity implementation playbook, creating repeatable patterns, templates, and best practices - Validate technical feasibility during discovery and identify early risks, dependencies, and integration gaps - Collaborate closely with product, engineering and product success teams to align solution design and technical outcomes - Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring smooth implementations - Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on how Clarity leverages Bloomreach’s Discovery and Engagement capabilities Your success story will be: - In 30 days, you understand Clarity’s technical architecture, the implementation model across Discovery and Engagement, and begin contributing to customer projects as well as identifying areas of friction or improvement - In 90 days, you independently lead technical workstreams, configure Clarity end-to-end, resolve complex integration issues, and contribute structured feedback to improve the product and processes - In 180 days, you deliver multiple successful customer implementations, establish repeatable technical patterns, influence roadmap enhancements, and reduce friction in the onboarding process - In 210 days, you and the team celebrate successful launches and early customer value achieved through your technical expertise, strategic contributions, and foundational work defining the implementation playbook You have the following experience and qualities: Professional Experience - BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience - Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience working with website behavior, personalization tools, search or recommendation systems, analytics instrumentation, or A/B testing - Background in technical consulting, implementation, solution engineering, or similar roles within SaaS, eCommerce, digital experience, or Martech - Ability to troubleshoot issues across both data and front-end layers - Bonus: Experience with search/discovery platforms, personalization tools, tagging/analytics systems, CDPs, or eCommerce platforms Personal Qualities - Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues - Clear, confident communicator suited to both customer-facing and internal technical discussions - Highly autonomous, organized, and capable of leading parallel workstreams - Strategic thinker who balances immediate implementation needs with long-term scalability and product evolution - Fast learner, adaptable within an emerging and rapidly evolving AI environment - Customer-focused, able to integrate technical feasibility with business impact #LI-HO1 More things you'll like about Bloomreach: Culture: - A great deal of freedom and trust.
