How you will contribute You will: - Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. What you need to know about this position: The Manager Category Finance must have a collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships cross functionally and effectively influence. You will provide business decision support to management. You will provide FP&A support to the Senior Category Finance Manager MEU Bakery & Meals, the FP&A Director and the Central Marketing Innovation team MEU. Main responsibilities: Meals Key business partner to the Sr Director Meals MEU, leading financial analysis and directing the Central Marketing team on innovations and strategic decisions; - Participate in the monthly Project Approval (PAM) Process through assessment and voting on various projects (Innovations/ Promotions/ Profitability/ Maintenance/ Productivities etc.) - Prepare regular innovation updates for Category and area Finance Leadership - Coordinate the post-evaluation process for recent new product launches. Support Marketing with BDM (Brand Dev. Meeting) presentations and framing the story. - Participate in monthly BDM's, directing other project team functions (e.g., BD teams) to improve functional decision making of our innovation pipeline and estimate financial impacts driven by different outstanding options. Lead and coordinate FP&A activities for the Meals category; - Product hierarchy management, restatements and NPD tracking and analysis - Ensure budgeting and actuals for Meals are in line with company targets - Tracking and budget management of central A&C for Meals (monthly, AC, LE and major fc's) - Drive process efficiencies and ways-of-working improvements - Promote financial knowledge and literacy to non-finance functions by providing advice and consulting - Responsible to manage a Genpact support for certain tasks, e.g., innovation P&L preparation, adhoc retrieves, monthly actuals deck etc. - Ad-hoc FP&A support - Finance pillar lead for finance topics within the Compass system project scope Sustainability - Key business partner to the Sr Director Sustainability MEU, coordinating financial tracking for various sustainability streams; - Coordinate budgeting and Strategic Plan (SP) processes in Sustainability and Mindful Snacking related projects, with both Regional and Global teams - Central support to ensure robust finance assumptions received from x-functional teams are included for budgeting/SP - Partner with Proc.
