• Identify, assess, and prioritize CRM projects using technical, economic, and ESG frameworks. • Conduct market analysis on CRM supply chains, and EU-specific trends. • Evaluate commercial and geopolitical factors influencing CRM project development. • Engage with stakeholders across industry, government, and research organizations. • Support investment decisions through data analysis and valuation assessments. • Maintain and utilize CRM project databases • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance CRM initiatives. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Travel as required to support project development and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in geosciences or engineering (e.g., geology, mineralogy, geochemistry, metallurgy, process engineering, mining engineering)
  • Relevant work experience applying technical knowledge in the metals & mining sector
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing, and value chains within the EU
  • Familiarity with commercial and geopolitical drivers impacting metals & mining projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work across teams.
