• Lead the evolution of access control from a single‑tenant to a multi‑tenant architecture, ensuring security and compliance are built in by design. • Drive remediation of SOX compliance gaps related to access control and role governance. • Serve as a primary contributor to the Role Discovery and Governance Program, including analysis, documentation, and rationalization of 200+ existing roles. • Collaborate with GRC, Security, Engineering, and Product teams to design and maintain a centralized Role Catalog as a single source of truth. • Document business purpose, ownership, access usage, and entitlement consumption for each role to eliminate ambiguity and enable future RBAC migration. • Design and help implement a formal governance framework covering the full role lifecycle (creation, modification, review, deprecation). • Analyze the current role landscape to identify opportunities for role simplification, consolidation, and retirement of redundant or inactive roles. • Partner with business process owners and engineering teams to embed compliant access controls into system and process design. • Support internal and external audits, including SOX audits, control testing, evidence collection, and remediation of findings. • Act as a trusted advisor on IAM, role governance, and access risk in a fast‑scaling SaaS environment.

• Build, execute, and improve the companies global Free Trade Agreement programs • Lead Bill of Material (BOM) analysis, origin determinations, and supplier data validation • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and duty optimization • Conduct customs entry audits, identify compliance gaps, and drive solutions • Partner with IT, procurement, and operations to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities • Provide training and guidance on trade compliance requirements

• Work collaboratively on a range of cross-functional project teams, providing current regulatory perspectives and considerations. • Make recommendations to progress programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and applicable guidance. • Serve as the Regulatory lead on asset teams driving development and approval of company assets. • Drive and manage submission plans for IND/CTA/IMPD/NDA applications. • Manage concurrent regulatory projects and respond timely to deadlines. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure regulatory documentation meets requirements. • Execute on compilation of regulatory submissions including annual reports, and amendments and supplements. • Review Technical Operations and Development documentation for regulatory compliance. • Coordinate responses to health authority agencies' requests for information.

This role reviews service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC’s guidelines and expectations. This role also investigates complaints and contested serves. This position is remote but located in Montana.
