Regulatory Intelligence Intern
RegASK™
• Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, SFDA). • Assist in categorizing regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and topic (e.g., labeling, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance). • Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions. • Support the maintenance of RegASK’s regulatory databases and internal knowledge repositories. • Collaborate with regulatory experts and analysts to ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Help prepare reports and dashboards for client deliverables and internal use. • Contribute to the optimization of workflows and AI-supported tools for regulatory monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in regulatory science, compliance, and emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Previous experience or coursework related to regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance is an advantage.
