• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, typically 75–100 calls per day • Convert customer conversations into confirmed vehicle service appointments • Meet or exceed KPIs related to conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue performance • Recommend additional repairs, maintenance services, and service upgrades based on customer needs • Provide a high-quality, customer-first experience in every interaction • Clearly communicate service options, timelines, and pricing information • Use CRM tools to manage leads, schedule appointments, and document customer interactions accurately • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong follow-through
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Development, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Customer Service
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers
- Skilled in consultative selling and closing without being overly aggressive
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales and service KPIs
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing customer information accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

The purpose of the project will be to select and prepare dishes of your choice, capturing clear photos throughout the process – from measuring ingredients to the finished meal.
