Duties & Responsibilities: - Read and interpret contract documents, including but not limited to scope of work, requests for proposal, project schedules, drawings/details, specifications, and opening schedules - Responsible for capturing all pertinent scope changes and maintenance of project’s financials to ensure project’s success, measured in timeliness of materials and ability to maximize profitability - Familiarity and competency with application of financial attributes: List pricing, buying programs, discounts and change order proposals - Maximize buyout opportunities via suggestion of alternate products, value engineering options and other creative or proactive solutions - Must be able to apply DFH knowledge of codes and standards, hardware templates, hardware locations, pre-fit sizing, machining sheets.
