About the role As Director of Sales – APAC at Inspectorio, you will lead revenue growth across one of the company’s most strategic regions. You will be responsible for building and executing the regional go-to-market strategy, closing high-value enterprise opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and, eventually, developing a high-performing sales team. This is a player-coach role requiring a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will personally lead complex sales cycles with global brands, retailers, and manufacturers while helping scale a repeatable, metrics-driven sales organization. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales leaders in other regions to ensure alignment on pipeline generation, account strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth. What you'll do Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy - Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to drive predictable revenue growth across the APAC region. - Own regional sales targets, pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment. - Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts, industries, and market opportunities. - Build territory, account, and opportunity plans that align with company growth objectives. - Partner with global Sales leadership to establish regional goals, quotas, KPIs, reporting structures, and forecasting methodologies. - Create and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process that improves win rates, sales cycle velocity, and forecast accuracy. Enterprise Sales Execution - Personally lead strategic enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close. - Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT functions. - Understand customer pain points, business priorities, and operational challenges in order to position Inspectorio’s platform effectively. - Build compelling business cases and ROI narratives tailored to each prospect. - Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with enterprise customers. - Partner closely with Customer Success to drive customer expansion, retention, and long-term value realization. Industry & Product Expertise - Become a subject matter expert on Inspectorio’s platform so you can help customers understand how our solutions could solve their business problems - Clearly articulate Inspectorio’s value proposition to both business and technical stakeholders. - Stay informed on industry trends across retail, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, sourcing, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain technology. - Maintain a strong understanding of competitive offerings, market shifts, and emerging technologies, including AI and predictive analytics. Team Leadership & Development - Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across APAC. - Support team members throughout the full sales cycle, including account planning, discovery, negotiation, and closing. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement. - Hire, onboard, train, and retain top sales talent as the regional team scales. - Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to team members. Operational Excellence - Drive disciplined CRM usage (prior Hubspot experience is ideal) and maintain high standards for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. - Use data and analytics to identify trends, improve team performance, and support decision-making. - Share regional performance metrics and insights across the broader revenue organization. - Ensure operational rigor across all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification through close. - Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve conversion, retention, and expansion outcomes. Market Presence & Industry Leadership - Represent Inspectorio as a senior leader and ambassador across the APAC region. - Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts across brands, retailers, manufacturers, sourcing organizations, and strategic partners. - Lead presentations at industry conferences, customer events, webinars, roundtables, and other external forums. - Support and host Inspectorio-led events, executive dinners, customer workshops, and regional networking opportunities. - Serve as a visible and credible voice for Inspectorio in the market by sharing industry insights, market trends, and thought leadership. - Develop strong in-person relationships with customers and prospects across the region, particularly in Hong Kong. - Travel regularly across APAC to meet with customers, attend events, support the team, and strengthen Inspectorio’s regional presence. Qualifications - 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 4+ years in sales leadership roles. - Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS or technology companies. - Experience selling into the apparel, footwear, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, sustainability, compliance, or related industries. - Strong experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to both business and technical stakeholders. - Ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers, including CIOs, COOs, Heads of Supply Chain, Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Operations. - Experience building repeatable sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and KPI frameworks. - Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot to manage pipeline and forecast accurately. - Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Experience operating across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
