Account Operations Support Associate
ActBlue
• Monitor and field Account Operations support requests for the thousands of campaigns and organizations using ActBlue’s tools. • Act as a resource within ActBlue to resolve Account Operations requests from across departments within the organization. • Process incoming tickets and related Account Operations workflows (e.g., wire transfer setups and positive pay exceptions) while exercising some independent judgment in scheduling and prioritizing work. • Escalate complex judgment calls to appropriate stakeholders within ActBlue as necessary. • Aid campaign and organization finance staff with the reconciliation of financial reports. • Support campaign and organization admins through the account setup process, all while keeping records organized. • Assist in the monitoring and development of automated systems and workflows. • May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Load Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate with brokerage suppliers, consumers, and logistics vendors to schedule shipments in alignment with PO terms and conditions. Promptly schedule supplier loads upon request and proactively follow up on open orders; keeping commercial stakeholders informed of progress and seeking their support when necessary. Schedules and manages pickup and delivery appointments. Collaborates to maximize utilization and proactively communicates misses and recovery plans to the appropriate parties. Utilizes established templates, processes, and systems to request bookings/tenders and appointments. Facilitate reallocations (or change of destinations) as directed to meet market demands with urgency and accuracy while minimizing cost impact. Maintain and update required spreadsheets and systems in real time with attention to detail. Rate Management & Invoicing Provides accurate and timely rate information to commercial professionals.
