Senior Affiliate Manager / Head of Affiliates Location: Malta Job Description: BettingJobs is partnering with a leading online casino operator in their search for a Senior Affiliate Manager / Head of Affiliates to join their team in Malta. Key Responsibilities: - Own and scale affiliate acquisition across key markets, driving FTD growth and revenue - Manage affiliate P&L (CPA, hybrid, revshare), ensuring strong LTV:CAC and payback periods - Build and manage relationships with top affiliates, media buyers, streamers and high-volume partners - Structure and negotiate commercial deals, including CPA caps, hybrid and long-term revshare agreements - Evaluate traffic quality (retention, deposit behaviour, fraud, bonus abuse) and optimise spend allocation - Manage overlap with SEO and paid channels in a competitive acquisition environment - Monitor affiliate-driven competition (keyword bidding, traffic interception, brand activity) - Collaborate with SEO and paid teams to maximise overall acquisition performance - Identify and launch new affiliate opportunities (influencers, streaming, community channels) - Develop and optimise the affiliate program (onboarding, segmentation, tracking, performance) - Build and support a high-performing affiliate function with clear accountability - Report on FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROI and partner performance (weekly/monthly) Requirements: - 3-6+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming or similar performance-driven industries) - Proven track record driving FTD and revenue growth via affiliate partnerships - Strong understanding of CPA, hybrid and revshare models and profitability impact - Ability to analyse traffic quality (retention, LTV, deposit behaviour, fraud signals) - Experience negotiating and managing affiliate deals - Familiarity with platforms like Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Affise or similar - Data-driven, analytical mindset - Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Nice to Have: - Experience across multiple international markets - Exposure to influencer, streaming or community-led acquisition - Understanding of affiliate overlap with SEO and paid channels - Experience scaling affiliate programs or managing high-volume partners
