GTM Engineer

• Work closely with our GTM Experts to develop holistic AI-powered GTM Systems for our clients. • Advise, support, and train our clients in using these systems, as well as in proven best-practice strategies. • Build internal AI-driven GTM systems to advance our own lead generation efforts. • Continuously develop yourself and maintain thought leadership in the rapidly evolving AI sales landscape.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building outbound lead generation systems and working with database and signal tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience with Clay.com, along with strong skills in building and structuring data tables
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus; additional CRM experience is also beneficial
  • Experience managing client projects and working in an agency environment with multiple parallel projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly structured way of working
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent English skills. German is a big plus.
  • Strong interest in the AI sales space
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work fully remotely

The BlueCard ITS Applications team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer!
