- 2+ years crushing it in B2B lead gen or outreach
- Deep experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and dodging spam filters
- LinkedIn: Proven at building pipelines from zero using advanced search and messaging
- Affiliate marketing: Hands-on with recruiting affiliates, running programs on platforms and driving partner-led revenue
- Web research: Skilled at scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach at scale
- Tools mastery: Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; comfortable with basic automations (Zapier)
- Startup mindset: Self-starter who experiments fast, owns outcomes, and communicates wins concisely
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English

This role is suited for a seasoned oncology sales professional who can independently execute sophisticated account plans, mentor peers, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. You will refine our approach to compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and serve as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
