Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer Representative experience preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Windows computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandible up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) Able to connect to ethernet.
  • Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
