Senior Financial Analyst

• Scenario Modeling & Business Case Analysis: Build bottoms-up financial models in partnership with senior team members to evaluate impact on revenue and KPIs from new initiatives, pricing and packaging changes, go-to-market investments, and other strategic bets • Reporting & Monthly Close: Build and maintain reporting packages, variance analyses, and presentations for Board of Directors, leadership team, and budget owners, helping translate financial data and KPIs into clear business narratives; collaborate with accounting and other FP&A team members to ensure accuracy of month-end close and P&L reporting processes • Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting: Own key components of monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and budgeting cycles, including revenue / expense forecasting and headcount planning • Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Partner closely with functional leaders across SMB GTM, SMB CX, R&D to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making • AI Enhancements: Play a critical role in implementing AI automations (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) into FP&A reporting, planning, and financial modeling workflows

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of FP&A business partnering experience (ideally at a SaaS/subscription, ad tech, or other technology company) or some combination of FP&A, investment banking, and management consulting
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain complex, dynamic, driver-based models from scratch; advanced Excel proficiency required
  • Knowledge of SaaS/subscription and Advertising-based business models and KPIs a huge plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences
  • Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and familiarity with ERP systems such as Pigment (or similar) a huge plus
  • Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and a track record of identifying and driving process improvements; comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced organization

The role provides analytical insights, drives operational visibility, and partners with business leaders to improve financial outcomes. The analyst is responsible for consolidating site‑level results, preparing regional reporting packages, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Forecasting - Help develop, maintain, consolidate and improve regional budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long range plans. - Supports the Regional FP&A Manager in the consolidation of financial inputs from multiple sites and ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines. - Prepares reporting summaries and analyses revenue, margin (PCM), cost (TPS), and cash flow results to support decision making. - Identify risks and opportunities and communicate their impact to regional leadership. 2.
