Regional Service Sales Manager
Allegion
• Utilize your B2B/B2C sales experience to drive lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers • Onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring of new reps • Develop and build positive relationships with local sales reps & customers in an assigned geographic area focused on new account development (growth) and maintain active relationships with current customer base • Develop and implement plans, process, and strategies for improving customer service, increasing service revenue, and RMR • Responsible for team forecasting, annual sales target for service contracts, and T&M growth • Develop and maintain current technical product-related knowledge, general sales techniques, market trends, and identify new ways to promote new business • Work closely with the local and regional branch operations/sales teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction and customer engagement • Develop and utilize training material for sales team • Familiar with marketing, sales, business development, and cross business networking to exceed sale goals • Travel (+/-25%) in an assigned geographic area will be required
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience in field-based sales/account management
- Valid state driver’s license without restrictions
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills both internally and externally
- Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed demanding sales targets
- Experience in SAP
- Outside sales background
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience
- An actionable contact list of decision-makers
- Proficient in MS Office and other common workplace applications
- Strong situational and change management leadership skills

The Neuroscience Sales Representative has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner.
