The Library Associate I (Circulation) supports the daily services and operations provided by the Circulation department of the Eshleman Library. Models concepts of outstanding customer service and demonstrates effective communication skills in assisting students, faculty, staff, and community members. As the operational leader for communication technologies, the Director sets platform roadmaps, drives modernization and simplification, and ensures seamless integration across channels and systems. Through strong governance, reusable capabilities, and disciplined execution, this leader ensures timely, accurate, and accessible communications that strengthen trust and empower people to confidently manage their health.
