Role Description The Electronic Funds team is behind the money movement of Connexus Credit Union. Through ACH (Automated Clearing House), Wires, and internal transfer option requests, we can move your money for payments, deposits, and withdrawals. If you have an eagerness to learn and foster positive energy, join us for bankers' hours with teams and leaders who want you to be your personal and professional best. - Responsible for upholding Universal Service level standards to maintain a level of service excellence for Connexus members and internal partner teams. - Complete assigned monthly procedure reviews to ensure procedures are correct and following Federal guidelines and regulations. - Comply with all Federal regulations as they pertain to your job duties including but not limited to BSA, Nacha Operating Rules, Regulation CC, Regulation E, UCC3 and UCC4. - Receive and accurately process incoming transactional mail for members and Connexus owned accounts, including further research as necessary. - Process received return check deposits and loan payments, sending prompt return notification to members. - Review and decision lockbox exception checks and correspondence document files. - Work research requests for transactional mail and lockbox situations. - Assist in ordering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Instant issue debit/ATM cards. - Review and decision mobile deposit check images, including further research as necessary. - Place check holds, create and send hold notifications via digital banking message center, while complying with Reg CC. - Processes the following: Check clearing file for member written checks and complete the required follow-up work. Numerous files for posting loan payments and refunds of ancillary products via the different channels we offer members. Member check stops and Corporate check stops. Check adjustment requests both for members and internally. - Monitor and maintain payments processed through our third-party vendor, including further research as necessary. Qualifications - 1+ years of related experience is Required. - Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, and ability to adapt to job-specific technologies. - Previous work experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to analyze job functions and identify potential efficiencies. - Evidence of good organization skills, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. The Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic Florida (Jacksonville, FL) is seeking 3 highly qualified neuroradiologists to complement our existing Emergency and Hospital division, providing overnight teleradiology coverage for Diagnostic General Radiology with final interpretation of all inpatient and ED examinations, comprised predominately of CT, US, X-ray, and MRI exams. While not a Level 1 trauma center, our emergency department sees all forms of acute and urgent clinical disease presentation and caters to our advanced subspecialty hospital practice with extensive stroke, oncological, and organ transplant emphasis. Mayo Clinic Florida is a DNV-accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center. The schedule will be 7 days on and 14 days off. Overnight overage will be 9 hour shifts Monday-Sunday (FL /Eastern Standard Time), in conjunction with an existing member of the EHR division (i.e., there will be two radiologists on each night with overlapping shifts). Vacation and non-clinical time such as trip time must be taken from off rotation periods. Qualified candidates are able to work remotely in any of the continental United States. The ideal candidate will have fellowship level training in neuroradiology but with strong general radiology skills, as interpretations of body, thoracic, and musculoskeletal exams will be required. An active desire to be engaged in the education of residents and fellows is required as the candidate will be responsible for over-reading and providing instructive feedback to residents performing on call overnight shifts (typically 1 trainee per shift). The Department consists of over 90 radiologists, 6 physicists, 30 residents and fellows with approved training program expansion of both residency and fellowship programs going forward. The Florida campus is currently in the midst of substantial growth and expansion, with construction currently underway to increase the size of the Mayo Clinic Florida Hospital by approximately 40% as well as the installation of the first carbon ion therapy facility in North America.
