Brand & Consumer Insights Researcher

Role Description We are looking for a Brand & Consumer Insights Researcher to support our Marketing team on their annual Brand Tracker and other Marketing measurement efforts. We're searching for an experienced researcher, familiar with the nuances of collecting and injecting consumer insights into marketing and brand strategy. You will work on several research projects and be responsible for translating data into insights. This is an as-needed contract position expected to average 10-20 hours per week during engagement periods. We anticipate this contract to last around 3-4 months based on project needs. - Design and execute research projects in support of our annual Brand Tracker and other marketing measurement efforts, from study design through delivery. - Apply quantitative research methods, including survey design and statistical analysis, to generate reliable, decision-ready insights. - Deliver clear, rigorous research reports with well-visualized data. - Manage marketing research vendor relationships: vetting partners, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring deliverables are high-quality and actionable. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience successfully leading consumer insights projects and initiatives, ideally at a consumer-focused product company. - Hands-on experience running NPS surveys, brand and awareness tracking surveys. - Experience collaborating with and supporting regionally-based country marketing managers to conduct and facilitate research. - Experience thriving in high-velocity environments while maintaining strong research rigor and craft. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
