Responsibilities - Interacting with retirement plan participants through multiple channels needing assistance with retirement plan rollovers. Position Summary Conduct clinical assessments with students to evaluate seriousness of presenting problems and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide students with short-term psychotherapy, conduct group therapy, provide referrals for long-term treatment. Conduct risk assessments, manage high risk situations, utilize crisis intervention skills, and provide referrals and concrete resources.
