Requirements - Have FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 or able to obtain within 90 days of employment. - Have undergraduate degree and minimum of 5 years financial industry experience. - Have experience in delivering retirement planning and investment advisory services required. - Have ability to educate callers on complex retirement and investment concepts is necessary. Also, rapport building and interpersonal skills are necessary. - Possess active listening skills to understand both articulated and unarticulated needs of the client. - Possess ability to ask relevant probing questions to better assess customer needs. Also, use data to persuade and influence customers to objectively guide them. - Possess ability to utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts and clarify complex information. - Have the ability to educate callers on complex retirement and investment concepts is necessary.
